What to Do in 30 Minutes Before the AC Technician Arrives

After contacting us and confirming arrival time, simple steps make the visit more effective and speed up the repair.

If the AC Is Leaking Water

• Turn off the AC immediately from the remote or unit panel
• Place a container or towel under the indoor unit to protect the floor
• Move electronics and sensitive furniture away from the area

If the AC Is Not Cooling

• Take a photo of the indoor and outdoor units and send via WhatsApp
• Note the AC model number (found on the indoor unit panel)
• Leave the remote settings as they are — do not change them

General Preparation

• Clear at least one metre around the unit for the technician to work
• Prepare a clear space for tools and equipment
• Tell the technician when the problem started and what changed before it began
